PvPr account deletion
Last updated: 10 August 2026
This page concerns the PvPr application, developed by Atsugo. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, using either of the two procedures below.
Option 1 — From the app (recommended)
- Open the PvPr app on your phone.
- Sign in to your account if you are not already signed in.
- Go to the Profile tab (icon at the bottom right).
- Tap the Settings icon at the top right.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password — this step guarantees that only the account holder can delete it.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Option 2 — By email
If you can no longer access the app, send an email to atsugo.webapp@gmail.com stating:
- Subject: PvPr account deletion
- The email address associated with your PvPr account
- An explicit request to delete your account and your data
We will process your request and send you a confirmation within a maximum of 30 days.
Data permanently erased
- Your authentication account (email, password)
- Your profile (username, sex, bodyweight, experience level)
- All of your workouts: exercises, sets, loads, repetitions, RPE and notes
- Your personal records and unlocked badges
- Your routines and custom exercises
- Your group memberships and challenge entries, including your scores in the leaderboards
- Your list of blocked users
Please note: messages and posts you published in a group feed may remain visible to its members after your account is deleted, without being attached to an existing profile. If you want those removed as well, say so in your email request.
Data kept temporarily
Some data may be kept beyond account deletion, for legal or technical reasons. None of it identifies you directly.
- Anonymised technical logs (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics): kept for up to 14 months, in aggregated form, in accordance with Google Firebase's policy.
- Content reports you have submitted, or that concern content you published: kept for 12 months so that repeated abuse can be identified. They contain the reported content and the identifiers involved.
- Transaction records, should a paid offer ever be introduced: kept for 10 years in accordance with article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code. As of today the app is entirely free and no payment data exists.
Export your data before deleting
Since deletion is irreversible, you can retrieve your history first: in the app, Profile → Settings → Export my workouts (CSV). The file contains all your sets with loads, repetitions, volume and estimated 1RM.
